许茹芸介绍

1974年9月20日出生的许茹芸,是流行乐坛的顶尖歌手之一。在当今偶像当道
过分注重商业包装的乐坛，她却以特有的嗓音树立了自己的流派。她在为数不多
的，能在现场演唱中给人以听CD般音质效果的歌手中占有一席之地。在大学力主
修音乐的徐茹芸，其音乐生涯却实在酒吧和咖啡店开始的。

Born September 20, 1974, Valen Hsu is a top pop star. In an age of glitzy packaging and picture-perfect pop idols, the Taiwanese singer Valen sets herself apart from the typical genre of pop singers because of her extraordinary voice. She has the extraordinary reputation of being among the few singers to give CD-quality live performances. Trained as a music major in college, Valen began her career singing in bars and cafes.
Valen's debut album “Fad” came in June 1995, but it was only until the second album “Sea of Tears” where she won the support of many of her present-fans. Her third album "If the Clouds Knew" came in October 1996, followed by a new release each year through her most recent release, her first release on the EMI label, 2001’s “I Just Want to Tell You.“

Her songs captivate people, not just because of the tune or lyrics, but from the intense feelings conveyed through her songs. Valen’s songs are so smooth, flawless and natural that you do not realize the hardwork and commitment she puts into each song.
